Pacific Hospitality Group is seeking an Executive Chef for Meritage Resort & Spa in Napa Valley. Lead a resort-wide culinary operation with ~100 culinary professionals, guiding menu development, standards, and production planning to deliver exceptional dining experiences.

You will manage food cost, staffing, and vendor relationships, while ensuring HACCP compliance and high guest satisfaction across restaurants, banquets, and events.

Qualifications

• Eight+ years of progressive culinary leadership in luxury hotel/resort settings.
• Experience as Executive Chef or senior culinary leader overseeing multiple outlets.
• Strong knowledge of menu development, costing, kitchen operations, HACCP and food safety.

Responsibilities

• Lead resort-wide culinary operation for all outlets, banquets, and events.
• Direct and coach a ~100-person culinary team, including chefs and cooks.
• Develop menus, recipes, standards and production planning.
• Control food cost, inventory, waste and labor through forecasting and scheduling.
• Collaborate with leadership to meet revenue goals and guest expectations.
