Oak Crest Village by Erickson Senior Living in Parkville, MD is seeking an Executive Chef to lead a high-volume, multi-venue dining program serving 600+ covers daily. This hands-on culinary leader will inspire teamwork, drive menu execution, and uphold HACCP and food-safety standards while delivering exceptional quality.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum of 3 years Executive Chef experience.
• Fine dining experience preferred.
• Knowledge of à la carte and catering trends with focus on quality, production, sanitation and presentation.
• Good knowledge of PC software and POS systems (Word, Excel, Outlook, Power Point).

• Lead and develop the culinary team across multiple dining venues.
• Oversee daily culinary operations ensuring quality, consistency, presentation and food safety.
• Drive menu innovation with Food & Beverage leadership to deliver an outstanding resident dining experience.
• Manage food and labor costs through purchasing, inventory control, scheduling and waste reduction.
• Maintain a visible presence in dining venues and respond to feedback to enhance dining.
