This hands-on culinary leader will mentor the team, optimize operations, and ensure exceptional food quality, safety, and service. A competitive salary of $80,000–$90,000 with eligibility for an annual bonus and comprehensive benefits is offered.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years Executive Chef experience.
• Fine dining experience preferred and catering knowledge.
• Proficient in PC software and POS systems (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor the culinary team across multiple dining venues.
• Oversee high-volume production with focus on quality and food safety.
• Drive menu execution, innovation, and resident dining experience.
• Ensure compliance with Health Department, HACCP, and sanitation standards.
• Manage food and labor costs through purchasing, inventory, scheduling.
