Eagle's Trace by Erickson Senior Living in Houston, TX seeks an Executive Chef to lead culinary operations for a multi-venue service serving over 600 covers daily. This hands-on leader inspires teamwork, quality, and hospitality while maintaining top standards in presentation and food safety.

Responsibilities include menu execution, team development, and driving operational excellence across dining venues, with a strong focus on resident dining experience and cost control.

Qualifications

• 3+ years Executive Chef experience.
• Fine dining experience preferred.
• Knowledge of ala carte and catering trends with focus on quality, production, sanitation, food cost controls and food presentation.
• Proficient PC software (Word, Excel, Outlook, Power Point).

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the culinary team across multiple dining venues.
• Oversee daily culinary operations, high-volume production, ensuring quality and safety.
• Drive menu innovation and operational excellence with Food & Beverage leadership.
• Ensure Health Department, HACCP and food safety standards compliance.
• Manage food and labor costs through purchasing, inventory, scheduling and waste reduction.
• Maintain resident-focused dining experiences with visibility in venues and feedback loops.
