Job summary

Highland Springs by Erickson Senior Living seeks an Executive Chef to lead culinary operations for a dynamic, multi-venue program serving 600+ covers daily. Hands-on leader, focused on teamwork, hospitality, and exceptional food quality, with growth opportunities and strong leadership.

You will oversee high-volume production, mentor the culinary team, and partner with F&B leadership to deliver outstanding resident dining and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years Executive Chef experience.
• Fine dining experience is a plus.
• Knowledge of ala carte and catering trends with focus on quality and food presentation.
• Good knowledge of PC software and POS systems (Word, Excel, Outlook, Power Point).

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the culinary team with accountability and collaboration.
• Oversee daily operations across multiple dining venues with high quality and safety.
• Drive menu execution and innovation with F&B leadership.
• Ensure compliance with Health Department, HACCP and food safety standards.
• Manage food and labor costs through purchasing, inventory control, scheduling and waste reduction.
• Maintain visible presence in dining venues and engage residents for feedback.
