This hands-on leader will inspire teamwork and hospitality while maintaining top quality, safety, and service, partnering with the General Manager to drive menu execution Responsibilities include overseeing high-volume production, mentoring the kitchen team, and delivering an outstanding resident dining experience through strong

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years Executive Chef experience.
• Fine dining experience preferred.
• Knowledge of à la carte and catering trends with focus on quality, production, sanitation and food cost controls.
• Strong PC software knowledge: Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the culinary team with accountability and collaboration.
• Oversee daily operations across multiple dining venues ensuring quality and presentation.
• Drive menu execution with Food & Beverage leadership and resident dining experience.
• Ensure Health Department, HACCP and food safety standards are met.
• Manage food and labor costs through purchasing, inventory, scheduling and waste control.
• Maintain a visible presence in dining venues and respond to resident feedback.
