Qualifications

• Culinary degree and 4+ years of industry experience; or 6+ years in the field.
• 2+ years of experience in a multi-outlet operation facility.
• Strong leadership and communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Set and enforce standards across multiple kitchen outlets and service formats.
• Support executive and sous chefs with operations, team development, and departmental leadership.
• Enforce food safety and workplace safety in all areas.
• Train staff on planning materials, safety protocols, and health guidelines.
• Oversee hiring and disciplinary decisions for the team.
• Coordinate openings of new outlets, with emphasis on VIP experiences.
• Manage ongoing operations and cost per head targets at sites/outlets.
• Lead hiring, development, retention and overall team management.
