Qualifications

• 5+ years of Executive Chef experience in a full-service restaurant.
• Ability to lead and develop teams.
• Skilled in managing BOH systems.

Responsibilities

• Oversee BOH operations, purchasing standards, and cost control.
• Lead hourly and management teams; foster Culture of Caring.
• Develop seasonal menus and new items with divisional leaders.
• Ensure BOH training with divisional trainers and chefs.
• Conduct quarterly BOH SOP audits.
• Collaborate with chefs to manage recipes and costs.
• Hire, onboard, train, and develop BOH staff.
• Maintain recipe books and costing.
• Prepare for a variety of shifts across multiple sites.
