Air Culinaire Worldwide, LLC is seeking a Chef Manager to lead kitchen operations at our Atlanta location. You will manage culinary staff, ensure HACCP compliance, and uphold Air Culinaire standards while coordinating with the District Manager and operations team.

The role emphasizes hands-on leadership, on-site problem solving, and driving revenue through client engagement, quality control, and cost-effective catering solutions.

Qualifications

• A culinary degree or equivalent in a professional kitchen.
• Serve Safe Food Handling Certificate and Allergen Certificate.
• Experience in food purchasing, inventory, par levels, recipe selection, and knife skills.
• Ability to manage customer accounts, supervise staff, payroll, and training.
• Excellent communication, managerial, and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage kitchen and culinary staff to meet quality and profitability.
• Oversee kitchen food purchasing, labor, and operations to ensure high-quality cuisine.
• Ensure HACCP, food safety, and Air Culinaire Worldwide standards.
• Lead local sales promotions and client relationship building.
• Coordinate with DM and Senior Director of Operations on reporting and procedures.
