Aba Nashville is seeking an Executive Chef to lead the back-of-house operations with a focus on seasonal menus and developing a strong culinary team. You will oversee purchasing, cost controls, and food quality while mentoring hourly staff across multiple sites.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Executive Chef experience in a full-service restaurant.
• Ability to lead and develop teams.
• Skilled in managing BOH systems.

Responsabilités

• Oversee BOH operations, purchasing standards, inventory, and food cost control.
• Provide guidance and leadership to hourly and management teams.
• Develop and execute seasonal menus in partnership with divisional leaders.
• Ensure BOH training in collaboration with trainers and chefs.
• Conduct quarterly in-restaurant audits of BOH procedures and systems.
• Collaborate with chefs to order food and supplies and maintain recipe books.
• Interview, hire, onboard, train, and develop BOH staff.
• Promote teamwork across all teams.
• Handle guest, vendor, and employee challenges with tact and courtesy.
• Work varied shifts at multiple sites, including early mornings, late nights and weekends.
