Palm Beach Marriott Singer Island Beach Resort & Spa is seeking an Executive Chef to lead kitchen operations, ensuring remarkable guest experiences through quality and sustainability standards. The role emphasizes menu development, staff leadership, and cost-conscious production management.

You will oversee production, collaborate with event services, and continuously improve culinary offerings while aligning with HHM EarthView sustainability guidelines.

Qualifications

• Degree or certificate in Culinary Arts (or equivalent).
• 1–2 years’ experience as an Executive Chef.
• Expertise in food product, presentation, quality and preparation along with menu concept and design.

Responsibilities

• Interview, select, train, schedule, coach and support associates.
• Establish priorities and assign production tasks to staff.
• Review daily menu specials, banquet events, and inventory for daily use.
• Requisition supplies and ensure correct receiving and storage.
• Ensure quality of products received.
• Develop new menu items and write recipes.
• Observe guest reactions and ensure guest satisfaction.
• Conduct kitchen walk-throughs and correct deficiencies.
