PERSONE NYC is seeking an exceptional Executive Chef to lead one of New York City's most exciting culinary transformations. This role offers the chance to shape a kosher fine-dining destination with national recognition and a potential long-term equity partnership.

You'll partner with ambitious ownership to build a legacy, defining the menu, guest experience, culture and brand while mentoring a 13-person BOH team in a modern, independent concept.

Qualifications

• Michelin-starred or Michelin-trained experience strongly preferred.
• Executive Chef or equivalent leadership role.
• Proven leadership and mentoring abilities.
• Creativity balanced with operational discipline.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a kitchen team of 13, including CDC and Sous Chef.
• Create refined, seasonal kosher menus while upholding culinary standards.
• Collaborate with ownership on long-term culinary direction.
• Drive consistency, organization, quality and hospitality across services.
• Build a culture of professionalism, accountability and excellence.
• Oversee food cost, purchasing, labor and kitchen systems.
