You will oversee ordering, inventory, and production across stations, bringing calm, decisive leadership in a fast-paced environment. This role requires hands-on execution and a passion for hospitality excellence.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in executive chef role at a high-volume dining concept.
• Proven leadership with coaching and feedback.
• Butchering experience required.
• Ability to thrive under pressure in a fast-paced kitchen.

Responsibilities

• Oversee back-of-house operations, food production and quality.
• Train and develop Sous Chef and kitchen staff.
• Direct team through coaching and performance feedback.
• Cross-train staff across stations and manage inventory.
• Ensure a neat, clean, and organized kitchen with strong food safety.
