Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive culinary/kitchen management experience.
• Experience with large-scale catering and high-volume operations.
• Hands-on chef with strong knowledge of food cost controls and sanitation.

Responsibilities

• Plans regular and modified menus according to established guidelines.
• Trains kitchen staff in food preparation, safe handling, operation of equipment, and sanitation.
• Maintains cleaning and maintenance schedules for equipment and areas.
• Maintains inventory within guidelines and ensures product availability.
• Adheres to health and safety regulations and participates in audits.
