You will develop menus, cost controls, and training programs, partnering with hotel leadership to deliver exceptional experiences for guests and events.

Qualifikationen

• Executive Chef experience in a full-service hotel or similarly complex operation.
• Strong banquet and catering experience, including large-scale events.
• Proven success in menu development, recipe costing, purchasing, inventory management, and food cost control.
• Strong organizational and financial management skills.
• Genuine passion for teaching, coaching, and developing others.
• Ability to balance strategic leadership with hands-on operational support.
• Collaborative, solutions-oriented leadership with change management experience.
