Job summary

Olympia Hospitality is seeking an Executive Chef to lead the kitchen operations, ensuring safety, efficiency, and adherence to company standards. You will establish SOPs, manage inventories, and maintain PMIX reporting while coaching a culinary team.

The role requires strong leadership, extensive kitchen management experience, and a focus on quality, safety, and staff development in a hospitality environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years’ of high-volume kitchen management.
• Catering/banquet experience or supervisory experience in F&B preferred.
• Culinary degree desirable or equivalent combination of education and work.
• Experience with coaching, documentation and food safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Oversee safe and efficient kitchen operations and adherence to SOPs.
• Maintain inventories, product usage and cost control.
• Ensure proper PMIX reporting and records.
