Job summary

Unidine is seeking an Executive Chef III in Edgartown, MA to lead daily kitchen operations, recruit and train staff, and deliver show-quality food while leveraging local ingredients.

You will manage budgets, food and labor costs, ensure safety and sanitation, and develop menus that delight residents and clients. This role requires hands-on leadership and a focus on guest satisfaction and financial performance.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of progressive culinary/kitchen management experience
• Hands-on chefs experience a must
• Experience with high volume, complex foodservice operations preferred
• Knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and cost controls

Responsibilities

• Lead daily culinary production, ensure food quality and presentation
• Provide direction on menu development using seasonal ingredients
• Control food cost, labor, and other expenses to meet budget objectives
• Supervise cooks and kitchen staff and ensure safety standards are followed
• Monitor and improve resident and client satisfaction through service quality
