Experience: 5+ years in culinary/kitchen management, high-volume operations, catering experience a plus, ServSafe certification preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of progressive culinary/kitchen management experience.
• Extensive catering experience is a plus.
• High-volume, complex foodservice operations experience highly desirable.
• Hands-on chef with strong computer skills (MS Office).
• ServSafe certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily culinary production and ensure food quality and presentation.
• Develop menus with seasonal ingredients.
• Monitor safety, sanitation, and regulatory compliance.
• Train and empower onsite staff; set performance standards.
• Control food and labor costs to meet budgets.
• Oversee purchasing, receiving, and food storage standards.
