Unidine is seeking an Executive Chef to lead culinary operations within a senior living setting in Wellesley Hills, MA. You will oversee all culinary functions, manage a team of associates, and ensure safety and sanitation across the account.

Responsibilities include cost controls, menu planning, inventory management, and implementing new culinary programs in collaboration with marketing and the culinary team. Culinary degree and 3–5 years of management experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• High volume production and catering experience is essential.

Job Summary

We are seeking an Executive Chef to join our CCL Hospitality Group / Unidine team and lead culinary operations within a senior living setting in Wellesley Hills, MA. Working as an Executive Chef, you are responsible for overseeing all culinary functions for a dining account. You will manage and lead a team of associates and oversee all safety and sanitation as it pertains to the account. Additionally, as part of the culinary team, you will be responsible for the following:
