Ruth's Chris seeks an Executive Chef to lead the culinary team at our Cherokee, NC location. You will oversee daily kitchen operations, ensure outstanding food quality, and maintain profitability while upholding safety and sanitation standards.

Responsibilities include staff training, event support, menu planning, and maintaining high guest service levels in a fast-paced, high-excellence environment.

Qualifications

• Formal business education or restaurant management degree is a plus, not required.
• Demonstrate exceptional guest service mentality.
• Strong communication and conflict-resolution skills.
• Experience training and mentoring hourly team members.

Responsibilities

• Oversee kitchen operations and ensure food quality and safety standards.
• Perform line checks and ensure proper quantity and quality of dishes.
