The role requires a culinary degree or equivalent, 5+ years hands-on kitchen experience, 3+ years in progressive management, and Serve Safe Manager certification.

Qualifications

• A culinary degree is preferred or a combination of education and experience.
• Minimum 5 years hands-on kitchen experience.
• Minimum 3 years progressive management as an Executive Chef.
• Serve Safe Manager certification required or highly desired.
• Experience with events and banquet service is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day kitchen and dining operations in the community.
• Lead culinary staff including scheduling, hiring, and performance reviews.
• Plan menus, procure food, and manage service and events.
• Maintain inventory controls and budget for food, supplies, and labor.
• Ensure compliance with health codes and company standards.
