Job summary

LifeWorks Restaurant Group, part of Aramark's Workplace Experience Group, is seeking an Executive Chef to lead chef managers and culinary teams. The role focuses on developing and executing culinary solutions to meet client tastes, oversee operations, and ensure quality and service standards.

You will manage production, presentation, and the end-to-end food experience, coach staff, and drive improvements in efficiency and guest satisfaction, aligning with the Executional Framework and company

Qualifications

• Requires at least 4 years of culinary experience.
• At least 2 years in a management role preferred.
• Requires a culinary degree or equivalent experience.
• Ability to multi-task and simplify tasks for the team.
• Strong knowledge of food safety and standards.

Responsibilities

• Oversee culinary production, ensuring quality and presentation.
• Lead and develop chef managers and hourly staff.
• Train staff in best practice food production techniques.
• Maintain client and guest rapport and resolve issues.
• Plan and conduct team meetings and daily huddles.
• Ensure compliance with safety, wage, and hour policies.
