Qualifications

• 3+ years of culinary management experience.
• Experience managing inventory, cost of goods and financials.
• Hands-on, fast-paced, high-volume kitchen environment.
• Experience in leading and developing kitchen staff.

Responsibilities

• Oversee kitchen operations for culinary excellence.
• Delegate tasks and direct kitchen staff.
• Hire, train and develop Sous Chefs and staff.
• Manage prep lists, schedules and safety certifications.
