P.F. Chang's China Bistro, Inc. is seeking an Executive Chef or Kitchen Manager to lead the restaurant culinary team and manage food service operations.

You will hire and train staff, control costs, and ensure high kitchen standards, reporting to the Operating Partner or General Manager. This role is full-time and based in our restaurants. Responsibilities include staff development, inventory management, safety compliance, and maintaining product quality.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of culinary management experience, including prep-lists oversight.
• Experience managing inventory and costs in a high-volume kitchen.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead kitchen operations to ensure high culinary standards.
• Delegate tasks and supervise kitchen staff.
• Hire, train, and develop Sous Chefs and cooks.
• Oversee inventory, prep lists, and cost controls.
