Job summary

Spell Restaurant Group is seeking an Executive Chef for a new Miramar Beach location, with summer training at Inlet Beach. Compensation will be based on experience in a fast-paced, high-energy, scratch kitchen.

Responsibilities include leading the kitchen team, ensuring top quality dishes, maintaining food safety standards and managing the prep, cooking and sanitation processes daily.

Qualifications

• Prior high volume kitchen experience required.
• Experience with scratch kitchen and following established menus/recipes.
• Ability to lead a kitchen team and ensure food safety standards.
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation procedures.
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends and holidays in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide the highest quality of products and service to every guest.
• Plan and prepare scratch recipes; set up/break down equipment and stations.
• Lead and oversee kitchen team to produce best quality food.
• Maintain food quality by following recipe and product specifications.
• Clean and sanitize kitchen areas as required.
