Job summary

Prime Hospitality Group is opening the Cedar Park Marriott Hotel & Conference Center and seeks an Executive Chef to lead kitchen operations, menu development, quality control, and cost management from pre-opening planning through launch.

In this senior role you will train staff, ensure adherence to health and safety standards, manage inventory and budgeting, and collaborate with Sales, Catering, and other departments to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

Qualifications

• Completion of a degree or certificate in culinary arts with five years of experience as a chef, including at least one year in a supervisory role.
• Ability to maintain highest food safety and sanitation standards.

Responsibilities

• Direct day-to-day kitchen operations across multiple outlets and banquet facilities.
• Oversee menu design, costing, and quality control for all dishes.
• Lead staff training, scheduling, and performance management.
• Monitor inventory, portion control, and cost management to meet budget targets.
• Ensure strict adherence to health, safety, and brand standards.
• Coordinate with Sales, Catering, and other departments for events.
