Job summary

Superior Talent Source is seeking an Executive Chef to lead a scratch kitchen and build a high-performing team. The role focuses on quality, flavor, and presentation, while developing culinary talent and driving standards.

You’ll partner with front-of-house to deliver an exceptional guest experience, manage food cost and inventory, and maintain rigorous safety and sanitation across all shifts. A strong leader with hands-on presence is essential.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in executive chef or senior culinary leadership in a high-volume, full-service setting.
• Demonstrated passion for scratch cooking and quality execution.
• Strong leadership, mentoring, and people development skills.
• Solid understanding of food costs, inventory, and kitchen systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead a scratch kitchen and ensure dishes meet high standards of prep, flavor, and presentation.
• Collaborate with front-of-house to deliver a seamless guest experience.
• Recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing kitchen team.
• Oversee prep, execution, cleanliness, and organizational systems for smooth service.
• Own food cost, inventory controls, and waste reduction while maintaining quality.
• Uphold strict food safety, sanitation, and operational standards.
