P.F. Chang's China Bistro, Inc. is hiring a full-time Executive Chef or Head Chef to lead the culinary team and oversee kitchen operations. You will hire, train, and develop staff, manage inventory, and control costs while upholding high standards.

This role reports to the Operating Partner or General Manager and offers a comprehensive pay range, benefits, and opportunities for growth within the renowned restaurant group.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of culinary management experience with prep list oversight.
• Experience managing inventory and controlling costs.
• Hands-on, fast-paced, high-volume kitchen environment.

Responsibilities

• Accountable for operational excellence in the kitchen.
• Delegate tasks and direct kitchen staff.
• Conduct interviews with kitchen management candidates.
• Hire, train, and develop Sous Chefs and staff.
• Prepare schedules for Sous Chef and staff.
• Maintain safety certification requirements for staff.
• Manage inventory, COGS, and overall financials.
• Ensure health inspections and quality standards.
• Provide clean, safe environment for team members and guests.
