Job summary

Bravo Brio Restaurants seeks an Executive Chef to lead our kitchen team, delivering high-quality Italian dishes with consistency and pace. You will drive operational efficiency, ensure safety and sanitation, and uphold EBITDA targets while mentoring a diverse culinary staff.

In this role you will coach the BOH team, oversee inventory, and maintain menus that showcase authentic flavors. A culinary degree or equivalent experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as an Executive Chef or in a similar role.
• Strong team management and leadership capabilities.
• Extensive knowledge of cooking methods, techniques, and presentation.
• Familiarity with inventory management and cost control practices.
