Job Summary
As an Executive Chef, you will oversee all culinary functions for a dining account, manage and lead a team, and ensure safety and sanitation standards are met. Your responsibilities include:

Key Responsibilities:

1. Manage cost controls and expenditures for the account
2. Plan and create menus
3. Purchase and manage inventory
4. Implement new culinary programs in collaboration with marketing and culinary teams

Preferred Qualifications:

1. Culinary degree preferred
2. Three to five years of culinary management experience
3. High volume production and catering experience
4. Experience managing cost controls
5. Desire to grow with a top foodservice company
