HCA Houston Healthcare Clear Lake is seeking an Executive Chef to lead all aspects of food preparation for patients, cafeteria, and dining rooms, including catering and special events. Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 3+ years of experience in food services management.
• Serve Safe Certification required within 30 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Direct food preparation for patients, cafeteria, doctors' dining room, and special requests.
• Develops sanitation procedures and personal hygiene in line with health regulations.
• Supervises breakfast, lunch, and dinner, and coordinates staffing.
• Leads menu planning with Nutrition Manager and Director.
• Ensures compliance with safety and food handling standards.
