Qualifications

• Minimum three to five years of progressive culinary/kitchen management experience
• High-volume, complex foodservice operations experience preferred
• Hands-on chef experience required
• ServSafe certification desirable

Responsibilities

• Oversee kitchen operations and ensure safety and sanitation
• Prepare or direct meal preparation in line with corporate guidelines
• Plan menus and maintain standard recipes and portion controls
• Train staff in food preparation, safety, and equipment use
• Maintain cleaning schedules and inventory within guidelines
• Ensure compliance with health regulations and audits
• Participate in departmental meetings and staff development
