Levy leads the culinary operations at Las Vegas Motor Speedway, delivering exceptional dining experiences across venues. You will shape menu execution, uphold safety standards, and drive quality and consistency throughout all dining programs.

The Executive Chef will oversee kitchen operations, manage costs, and develop a high-performing team while delivering memorable guest experiences. This role requires leadership across fast-paced environments and travel for major events.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of executive management leadership in high-volume kitchens.
• Strong knowledge of food production, preparation, and presentation.
• Experience managing food & labor costs and inventory.

Responsibilities

• Lead culinary teams to deliver outstanding guest experiences.
• Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation standards.
• Maintain recipes and ensure consistent execution of company standards.
• Manage food and labor costs to meet budgets.
• Forecast sales, develop pars, prep lists, and production schedules.
• Train and mentor team members for success.
• Collaborate with operations leadership for events; travel up to 20%.
