Job summary

Morrison Healthcare is seeking a Senior Executive Chef to lead a high-volume culinary operation in Macon, GA. Salary range $100K-$115K with relocation assistance. The role requires strong leadership to raise culinary standards, control costs, and build a solid kitchen culture.

You will oversee food quality, production, menus, inventory, and safety, while supporting retail, dining, catering, and events. Relocation assistance is included.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of progressive culinary leadership in high-volume settings.
• Experience in healthcare or contract foodservice a plus.
• Strong people leadership and team development.
• Experience with food cost, purchasing, inventory, and production.
• Catering and special-event experience.
• ServSafe certification preferred.
• Culinary degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop the culinary team.
• Oversee food quality, production, presentation, and service.
• Manage menus, purchasing, inventory, food cost, and waste.
