Sharp Spoon Network is seeking an experienced Executive Chef / Project Manager to lead a high-volume scratch-kitchen operation in Abilene, Texas. The role demands fine-dining quality at scale, hands-on cooking, and strong leadership of a large culinary team.

You will oversee menu development, production planning, training, and quality control to ensure exceptional food quality during ultra-high-volume services. On-site at Abilene with path for project leadership advancement.

Qualifications

• Ten years of actual Executive Chef tenure.
• Experience producing 1,000+ meals in a single meal service.
• Leadership of 30+ kitchen staff.
• Few employers in the last ten years (fewer than four).
• Hands-on cooking and culinary leadership.

Responsabilités

• Lead production of 1,000+ meals per service.
• Develop menus reflecting fine-dining standards in high-volume work.
• Train cooks and ensure quality control across large batches.
• Manage purchasing, inventory, labor, and costs.
