Qualifications

• 10+ years in actual Executive Chef title.
• Experience producing 1,000+ meals in a single service.
• Leadership of 30+ kitchen employees.
• Ability to work on-site in Abilene, TX.

Responsibilities

• Lead production of 1,000+ meals per service and ensure fine-dining quality.
• Develop and execute menus reflecting upscale standards.
• Oversee purchasing, inventory, and labor costs.
• Direct and train a large culinary team of 30+ staff.
• Maintain HACCP, food safety, and high-standards across volume production.
• Hands-on cooking and tasting to assure quality.
