Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive culinary/kitchen management experience.
• Extensive catering and high-volume foodservice operations experience.
• Hands-on chef with strong focus on quality, sanitation, and presentation.
• ServSafe certification is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Oversee kitchen operations and ensure a safe, sanitary environment.
• Prepare or direct meals in accordance with corporate programs and guidelines.
• Plan menus, train staff, and maintain equipment and inventory.
• Ensure compliance with health, sanitation, and safety regulations.
