Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Maintains cleaning, maintenance, and inventory schedules.
• Ensures compliance with health regulations and safety policies.
• Oversees portioning, recipes, and waste logs.
• Manages leftovers in line with company guidelines.
• Leads departmental meetings and staff development.
