Pelican Bay Foundation, Inc. is seeking an Executive Chef to lead the daily culinary operations across outlets in a high-volume, beachside setting.

You will translate the Director of Culinary's strategy into disciplined, scalable execution while inspiring your culinary team to deliver exceptional member dining experiences. You will own menu development, recipe standardization, and production planning, while managing cost controls, sanitation, and staff development.

Qualifications

• Seven+ years of progressive culinary experience, including leadership roles.
• Culinary degree or recognized professional culinary training preferred; equivalent experience considered.
• ServSafe Manager certification required or to be obtained per Foundation guidelines.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• English fluency required.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily culinary operations across outlets with high-volume service.
• Develop menus, standardized recipes, and production planning.
• Coach and develop Executive Sous Chef and chefs de cuisine.
• Monitor food quality, portioning, plating, and presentation to standard.
• Manage inventory, purchasing, and cost control; drive waste reduction.
• Ensure sanitation, safety, and regulatory compliance.
