Job summary

Asbury Methodist Village in Maryland seeks an Executive Chef to lead all healthcare dining operations across skilled nursing, assisted living, and related services. You will ensure therapeutic diets, texture modification, and infection control are executed at the highest quality, while guiding a large culinary team.

The role requires extensive leadership experience, ServSafe certification, and collaboration with Clinical Nutrition and Operations to delight residents and sustain regulatory

Qualifications

• Minimum of 7–10 years of culinary leadership experience.
• Minimum of 3–5 years in healthcare/senior living operations preferred.
• Experience with therapeutic diets and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Direct and oversee healthcare culinary production for multiple operations.
• Ensure meals meet therapeutic diet orders and IDDSI standards.
• Oversee diverse diet textures and allergen management.
• Maintain HACCP, safety, and sanitation documentation.
• Lead culinary team through high-volume service and events.
