Job summary

Trinity Health is seeking an Executive Chef to lead the Regional Health Ministry's Food & Nutrition Services. You will supervise culinary operations, ensure food quality and safety, and collaborate with dietitians to support patient care and wellness initiatives.

The role requires development of staff, implementation of HACCP-based practices, and leadership across a multi-campus environment within Trinity Health. Strong budgeting, training and quality improvement focus is essential.

Qualifications

• Completion of an accredited culinary program or equivalent.
• Minimum 3–5 years in healthcare foodservice leadership or equivalent.
• Ability to train and develop kitchen staff and lead diverse teams.
• Strong knowledge of HACCP, sanitation, and regulatory standards.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day culinary operations and ensure food quality and presentation.
• Coordinate and supervise culinary staff and sanitation across FANS.
• Engage with clinical dietitians to support patient care and wellness initiatives.
• Develop and implement cost control, menus, and quality programs.
