Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional culinary experience preferred.
• Previous Chef, Sous Chef, or Kitchen Manager experience preferred.
• Experience with Chinese cuisine, dumplings, or Asian culinary operations strongly preferred.
• Strong culinary skills and understanding of standardized recipes.
• Demonstrated ability to train and lead kitchen teams.
• Strong attention to detail, communication, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead culinary execution and maintain recipe adherence, portions, and presentation standards.
• Train, coach, and develop kitchen staff through hands-on instruction.
• Foster a positive kitchen culture built on teamwork, accountability, and craftsmanship.
• Oversee daily preparation, production, and kitchen readiness for service.
