Pete Dye Golf Course, a McConnell Golf Property, is seeking an Executive Chef to lead all food and pastry production for restaurant, banquets and outlets. Develops menus, controls food costs, trains staff and maintains sanitation standards in a full‑service club environment.

Responsibilities include planning menus with the Food and Beverage Director, supervising chefs and cooks, and ensuring guest satisfaction through high quality offerings. Competitive benefits included.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in Culinary Arts or Hospitality Management with 8+ years in food production/management.
• 15 years of relevant experience or an equivalent combination of experience and training.
• Certification from American Culinary Association or other professional hospitality association.

Responsabilidades

• Hires, trains, supervises, schedules and evaluates management staff in the food and pastry production departments.
• Plans menus with the Food and Beverage Director for all club outlets and for events.
• Manages kitchen labor and food costs within budgeted goals.
• Ensures sanitation, safety and high quality across kitchen areas.
• Develops standard recipes and techniques to control costs and portions.
