Job summary

LEGENDS GLOBAL is seeking a Director of Food and Beverage/Executive Chef for the Ithaca Downtown Conference Center. You will manage all F&B operations including concessions, catering, culinary development, sales, budgeting, and standards.

Requires 8+ years in culinary leadership, Serv Safe and PCI/HACCP familiarity, and strong cost control and organizational skills. Ability to supervise staff across events, with flexible hours including nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily F&B department operations and staff.
