Qualifications

• 5+ years of high-volume culinary management experience.
• Strong understanding of business operations and financials.
• Proven career progression with upward mobility.
• Culinary school background is a plus.
• POSitouch, Crunchtime, and OpenTable experience a plus.

• Manage shifts, scheduling, and daily planning.
• Demonstrate ingredient knowledge and culinary trends.
