North Italia is seeking an Executive Chef to lead culinary operations in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. You will manage daily shifts, oversee food quality, and drive financial performance with skilled cost control.

Reporting to the General Manager, you will mentor a passionate team, ensure safety and cleanliness, and deliver Great Hospitality. North Italia, part of The Cheesecake Factory Incorporated, values excellence and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of high-volume culinary management experience.
• Demonstrated working understanding of business operations and financials.
• Ability to work ten-hour shifts and stand for extended periods.
• Experience with cost control and inventory procedures.

Responsibilities

• Manage shifts, scheduling, and planning daily operations.
• Demonstrate superior ingredient knowledge and culinary trends.
• Control labor, food, and other costs to meet financial goals.
• Oversee receiving and storage procedures.
• Run volume shifts from expo or lead kitchen position.
• Maintain a calm, positive work environment.
• Foster continuous learning and provide feedback.
• Run the restaurant as if you own it.
