Chelsea Hospitality Group is seeking an Executive Chef to lead the culinary program for a high-profile workplace account, overseeing daily food service, executive and office catering, rooftop events, and a cafe/market. You will lead from the kitchen and collaborate with the on-site restaurant and bar teams to ensure seamless operations.

Qualifications

Experience as an Executive Chef or senior kitchen leader in upscale catering, fine dining, hotels, restaurants, or high-end workplace hospitality.
Strong menu development, event execution, and systems that hold up under volume.
Fluency in English; Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

Lead culinary operations for workplace account, including daily food service, catering, rooftop events, and cafe/market.
Work from the kitchen alongside your team, participating in production and service.
Build seasonal menus reflecting Dartcor's quality, hospitality, and presentation standards.
