Job summary

Chelsea Hospitality Group is seeking an Executive Chef to lead the culinary program for a high-profile workplace account. You’ll oversee daily food service, executive and office catering, rooftop events, off-premise catering, and a cafe/market, collaborating with the onsite restaurant team.

You’ll develop seasonal menus, manage production, purchasing, inventory, and labor, while mentoring a strong culinary staff and upholding food safety and hospitality standards.

Qualifications

• Executive Chef or senior kitchen leadership experience in upscale catering, fine dining, hotels, or high-end workplace hospitality.
• Ability to develop seasonal menus reflecting hospitality standards.
• Strong leadership to build systems, train staff, and partner with clients.

Responsibilities

• Lead culinary operations for workplace account and related catering.
• Develop and execute seasonal menus and market offerings.
• Manage prep, production, purchasing, inventory, labor and food cost.
• Hire, train, and mentor a strong culinary team; foster kitchen culture.
