Job summary

Main & Vine is seeking an Executive Chef to lead all kitchen operations for the hotel’s outlets and banquets. You will direct ordering, prep, production, and the quality control of all food served, ensuring consistency and profitability.

You should bring 3–5 years of Executive Chef or Exec Sous Chef experience, strong leadership, and a culinary school background. The role requires a results-oriented professional capable of driving guest satisfaction and team development.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years’ experience as an Executive Chef or Exec Sous Chef.
• Demonstrated management experience.
• Graduate of accredited Culinary School program preferred.
• Experience at properties of similar size and quality.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Verifiable record improving metrics in Food Department and guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Direct food ordering, preparation, production, and control for all food outlets and banquet facilities of the hotel.
• Set margins and manage the business against projections.
• Participate, support and make recommendations for ongoing hotel programs with continuous improvement in networking.
• Oversee divisional matters as they relate to employment and civil rights laws.
• Professionally represent the hotel in community and industry organizations and events.
