Job summary

Brock & Company, Inc. is seeking an Executive Chef for corporate dining in Raleigh, NC. This full-time role leads the culinary program, supervises kitchen staff, and shapes menus for daily service and special events.

The position offers a Monday through Friday schedule with weekends and holidays free, a competitive salary of $95K–$105K, and a benefits package including medical, dental, vision, 401K, and more.

Qualifications

• Culinary degree or certification required.
• 8–10 years in related position.
• Knowledge of food safety, budget management, and staff development.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to implement and train allergen protocols.

Responsibilities

• Direct kitchen operations and supervise staff in food preparation.
• Menu development, purchasing, receiving, and production.
• Oversee catering events and client satisfaction.
• Manage budgets, food costs and labor costs.
• Ensure safety and sanitation standards across all operations.
• Coordinate with clients and internal teams for program success.
